Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Kite was born with his mother's beautiful face. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
