History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has gray fur. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born in the north. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Tree took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Soapmaker. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult
