Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: Trail lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by her family

Description: This man is very fat, and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and money/treasure
