He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born into a rich family. Naeris was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Naeris decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption
