She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Ahvain lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Ahvain began to lead the lost caravan. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but she was a colossal failure. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fallthra isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. A true patriot, Fallthra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a Sellsword soon after.
