Her fierce silver eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Kali was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Dabbledob was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dabbledob decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
