Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
