While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Quarethon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
