Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a green coat with blue slacks. His brown hair is lengthy. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is pastel, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and balancing her hectic life and new bricklayer responsibilities is difficult

Description: Standing 3'2", this woman is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her skin is flawless and her green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and many dire rats want her driven away

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has no hair. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
