History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her bastard sword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Emma hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Emma never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
