Description: She wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available she will default to her club. She carries with her a set of clubs, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has moderate length brown hair. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Griselda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Griselda was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Griselda decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a red poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. He is baby faced.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
Flaws: Ugly, Depressed, Forgetful. Bonds: Poor, Nature. Occupation: Locksmith

Description: This western man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Nirgel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a miller again

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her crest, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Zykroff and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it
