Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Frouse is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
