Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Ermina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She usually wears her red robe and has her mace always slung over her shoulder. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Blossom will drive conversation. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She found a children's book about a Halfling Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and regain custody of her son

Description: She is wearing a long, brown cloak. She carries with her a set of crossbows, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she's looking for her big break
