History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now owns her own business.
