However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His fur, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She very much looks the part of a Seamstress. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She got into the Seamstress business at a young age. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Veloptima alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.
