Description: This woman wears black painted combat armor at almost all times, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has no hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to be a scribe again

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she prefers to wear red clothing when she does not wear armor. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anne embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She takes great joy in being the best Roofer in town.

History: Anne lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She tends to her Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Revenge; and to be a mayor again

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a pastel shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her fur, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He has a very tight haircut. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vondal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vondal. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
