History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
