Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on her belt, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She wears her black hair up. Her white eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed green hat.
Personality: Beleth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Beleth took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Beleth never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats. Her white fur is braided into rings. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a greatsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Nora was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: She wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her hair is short and silver. Her eyes are red.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and an old rival family wants her found
