Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Zagga was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Zagga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zagga and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: An older man who wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. He has wavy chestnut hair. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her tied-back hair is brown. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ida is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Ida was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tattered old clothes. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. This gold eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Andram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found
