She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ella was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
