Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Qualen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: She dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'11" when asserting herself. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Emen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His crest is silver and very short. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Patrin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is content; and doesn't want to be a miller and was forced into it by his family

Description: She is a mite stocky and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her silver eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She got into the Miner business at a young age. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She struck the Miner job and began her own company from there.
