Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. The war was a terrible time for her, and Grai does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Grai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 32. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
