History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second daughter.
