History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Personality: Heskan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Gifted from a young age, Heskan studied abroad. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heskan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Left-Handed was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: Carlin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Ruler; and to share knowledge with the world
