History: She was born in the east. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Vistra was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently the stress of being a Dyer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by his family

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and she wants revenge against gnolls
