Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ogbur grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ogbur. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
