Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Jak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has worked as a Server like his mother before him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her brown hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
