Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chaedi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses like a well dressed Dyer does. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Verna embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but she was a colossal failure. She has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Antinua was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
