Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pyntle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Nogu was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nogu decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Cook kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
