History: He was born in the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kelter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A freak accident while working with her Servant mother left her crippled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
