History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a crush on the local crown-heir

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a map maker again
