History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by her family
