Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Oskar will drive conversation. He takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Blacksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to settle down with her crush

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
