History: Elama was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull black sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed dagger, just in case, and is pretty ugly. His white crest has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Pijjirik hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a Tanner soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: An older woman who wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars, she is not a threatening figure. Her cinnamon fur is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
