Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Mantus was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a pastel shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and green pants. His orange fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Smoking was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: 6'8" and muscular, this southern man is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He wears his copper crest up. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bookbinder who has hired him part-time. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pandjed grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull green sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. His long brass crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
