Description: This malnourished man wears an entirely blue suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 19. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Paggen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears tattered old clothes. She keeps her lavender fur in a flapper bob. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and to pay off her debts
