Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Baern was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Barbena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
