Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Roofer does, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He is baby faced.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears skinny pants and wears a green and tan robe with the hood down. Her chestnut hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She tends to wear a large brown jacket. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her white hair is still thick. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Farmer. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is content

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
