Description: Standing 6'1", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kriv does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Kriv reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Merla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
