Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: Ella wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Ella studied abroad. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a brown tunic with black highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is white, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. Her red fur is knotted and matted. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sage. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sage business.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hecat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Painter mother left her crippled. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Painter again.
