History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Cecily alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it
