Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has a very tight haircut. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
