History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He became a Layabout soon after.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Her silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Paelias's homeland. Paelias decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is blonde and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is greedy
