Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ruloth was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Cook. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
