Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his grey robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is chestnut and very short. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Duergath was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He wears a black top hat and black clothes. He carries a battered whip and tarnished hand crossbow as well. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat, and is pretty ugly. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

Description: She wears just a tan suit. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her red hair is braided into rings. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Brewer again; and wants to open a new tavern
