Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. A true patriot, Millicent would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This northern woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, white shirt, and brown tie. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Shax hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
