History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 2'11" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of a Bounty Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Tomi was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's in love; and to settle down with his crush
