She sports silver long hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chaedi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Quick speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Marigold embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has all her life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Born in the north to a Farmer, Marigold learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Marigold was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Marigold decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.
