History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He wears a red vest and prefers brown and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Hobart enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hobart was born the youngest of three triplets. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by his family; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
