Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
